About the CEO - Jumbo Victory
Jumbo Victory
This Rivers State native holds a University of Lagos Business Administration degree. Victory has a strong interest in Culinary Arts and industrial catering. Jumbo worked as an applications expert for Zaika Foods Ltd, a top-tier food science company that produces seasonings, marinades, spices, breading and batter solutions, and other products.
Victory developed custom-made solutions for established brands in the food service industry (FSI), such as 5* hotels, fine dine stand-alone restaurants, chain restaurants, pubs, bars, and schools, among others, based on client requirements and specifications.
He was also the pioneer manager for Lekki Miami Beach Resort Ltd before progressing to 355 Restaurant and Lounge Lagos in 2015 as Food and Beverage/Operations Manager. He also worked at a premium Mexican and continental restaurant in Victoria Island Lagos, where he pre-opened Calabar and Enugu outlets as well as a second Lagos outlet in Marina Lagos.
Victory has also worked with Capital Club West Africa, a high-end signature membership club based in Dubai.
Victory invested in Celebrazioni and parted ways with his employees in 2019 to focus solely on the company’s development. Celebrazioni Catering is currently led by Victory.
